Let's face it folks, customer service sucks. If you've ever done customer service before, you know there's no other way to describe it—customer service sucks. It's frustrating working with all manners and types of customers. There's all kinds of personality types. What if you're the business owner? Customer service sucks because you have to find people that actually want to do this job. Nobody wants to do customer service, ever. It's just a necessary evil. I guess you could call it that; it is a necessary aspect of running a business. Let's not inject emotion, let's be strategic, but that doesn't change the fact that it's fair to say customer service sucks.
