Success isn’t about where you start—it’s about the principles you follow. Whether you’re wealthy or struggling, these three timeless principles can help you build lasting success in 2025 and beyond.
Success isn’t complicated; it’s built on alignment, intention, and action. Let’s dive in.
1. Align with a Higher Power
Regardless of your beliefs or background, understanding and connecting with a Higher Power is foundational to lasting success.
This higher power goes by many names—God, The Great Spirit, Allah, Budda, Vishnu, Yahweh, Jesus, Universe, Consciousness, Source Energy or even “The Force” (haha)… Don’t get caught up in the labels or arguments that divide us. Instead, focus on going within yourself and forming a one-on-one relationship with this force.
How?
Speak silently within your mind.
Ask for guidance.
Trust that answers will come when the time is right.
The energy that connects us all is limitless. By aligning with it, you gain access to clarity, purpose, and inspiration. But remember, don’t argue with others about the name of this force. Such negativity will only block the flow of success in your life.
2. Right Words
Words are powerful—they create your reality.
As taught in The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, being “impeccable with your word” means speaking with intention, positivity, and integrity.
Here’s why this matters:
Your words, charged with emotion, program your subconscious mind.
The subconscious then dictates your actions, habits, and ultimately, your results.
For example, if you constantly say, “I’ll never succeed,” your subconscious will accept it as truth and align your actions accordingly. But if you affirm, “I am capable of achieving great things,” your subconscious will steer you toward opportunities that match that belief.
Speak life over your situation. Replace negativity with positivity. Your words are the blueprint for your success.
3. Right Actions
Every action you take creates a reaction. It’s not just metaphysics—it’s physics.
Imagine life’s challenges as a brick wall. If you push against it consistently with enough FORCE, it will eventually fall. This is the power of right actions, fueled by determination and emotional energy.
Understanding energy is key here:
If we zoom in on anything—our bodies, our thoughts, the world around us—it’s all just energy in motion.
The emotional energy you hold while taking action toward your goals will return to you in time.
This is the essence of karma: positive emotions combined with intentional actions create positive outcomes. The opposite is also true…
As ancient Eastern wisdom teaches, success isn’t just about what you do—it’s about the energy behind it. Approach your goals with positivity, and you’ll find the world reacting in kind. Be good to the world, every single day, and you will be rewarded.
Success Through Alignment
When you align these three principles—Higher Power, Right Words, and Right Actions—you create a powerful foundation for success. No matter your current wealth or social status, these truths apply universally, and in EVERY Country and Culture on Earth.

Your success starts now. Will you take the first step?
What does success mean to you? Maybe you're coming off the back of an innovative and successful year like we have at Jeweler's Advantage. We're very excited about everything that's going on.
Or maybe you're coming off the back of a year where you wish things were getting better—you wish that you felt more successful.
So regardless of what camp you are in, this is a time of year to be reflective and make the proper adjustments into next year. Because whether it felt like a banner year for you this year or maybe it was the lowest of lows, even at a time like this—right before a new year starts—in either camp, you need to be ready to make your adjustments and decide what success is going to mean for you over the next 12 months.
When I'm having this conversation with myself, I like to think of this from a much broader perspective, based on the principles that seem to guide me to the best results in whatever I'm working on.
That might not be something business-related. It might have nothing to do with money or material success. It might have everything to do with simply being a good human being. And that is the big secret—that is actually the first step towards achieving something that you can assign meaning to as successful.
It has to start with being the type of person that deserves success and is going to be able to retain it. Because if you achieve things through nefarious means, that success will be fleeting. The only true lasting success seems to be something that is delivered to you after a lot of toil and hard work and sort of a cosmic journey that you have to go on.
So in this video, I want to share three principles that, when I'm doing well in anything, I seem to be abiding by.
Principle Number One: Aligning with a Higher Power
In some of our videos, I've shared that a big part of my creative process working with artificial intelligence is a transcendental meditation practice that happens every day and sets the tone for the day.
When I do this, I do better work, and I'm a better person. I treat people better, and that is the starting point.
So not to preach, but the idea of aligning with something greater than yourself is something that pretty much every great success story has ever had in common. The point is that it doesn't matter what name you call this higher power—there are many, many names.
When you make this higher power your greatest confidant in whatever challenge you face, it seems to be a lot easier to face that challenge and overcome it artfully.
Principle Number Two: Having the Right Words
Abiding by the right words—you might say it would be being impeccable with your word if you've read The Four Agreements.
This comes down to the idea that words have power, and they create reality. The words that you speak will create your reality. So you need to be very careful with them.
You need to be aware that you can have thoughts. You can have negative thoughts. You could have a constant flow of negative thoughts during challenging circumstances.
But for me, the great secret that I've been learning is that when you don't articulate these thoughts, they don't become compounded with emotion, and that emotion can't go in and poison your own subconscious.
That's an advanced concept. But if you're a beginner, all you have to know is that you need to be impeccable with your word. Use correct words to describe your situation and speak life into your situation. Don't speak death over your situation.
Principle Number Three: Right Actions
This is doing the right thing and never giving up.
A lot of what being successful with any small or big project comes down to is not quitting and doing the right things. Treating people well, doing the right thing, taking the right action, and then not quitting when it gets hard.
Most of the time, success just needs to be built over time and compounded over time.
This, of course, will factor into having the right thoughts because your actions are going to come from your subconscious. So you want to speak life into your situation so that you can be constantly programming the correct actions.
When you align with a higher consciousness of some kind—of whatever name you feel called to call this thing and this experience that connects us all—that connects all three principles.
So you want to align with something higher than yourself, some type of a higher power, and make that your daily confidant. Give your troubles—when you feel like talking about your challenges—to whatever that is.
Make that your number one consultant in your life. Have control over your words and thus your thoughts. And then, of course, as a result of all of that, your actions. That is how you build your experience in the material world.
If you abide by these three principles—and I need to do it too, I need the reminder myself—when you abide by these three principles, pretty much everything else takes care of itself.
We're heading into some more challenging times. I do believe people have described this time as the Fourth Turning. Life moves in cycles. We will prevail. There could be difficult times in the year ahead and throughout the end of the decade.
But if you abide by these three principles, you will be a miracle worker in your own life.
